In our Casa, we need to know that you are 100% satisfied with your order. Should you need support with anything from sizing to swapping a piece for something that feels more “you,” we offer simple exchanges and refunds on eligible items.

Some things to consider

• The application for an exchange or refund must be lodged with us within 14 days of receiving the item. To start this, please email house@casadeus.com.au. 

• The return postage cost of both ways will be covered by the customer. 

• The item must be returned in its original packaging in new condition. If the item is sent back damaged, scratched or with any signs of being worn, it will be mailed back to the customer at their own expense.

• Sale pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for this.
