Casa Deus Pty Ltd (“Casa Deus”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website casadeus.com.au (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order through the Site (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept all of the Terms, then you must not use the Site or the Service.

We may update, modify or replace parts of these Terms at any time by posting updates on the Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes; your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Our online store is hosted on the e-commerce platform Shopify. They provide the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Orders placed by dealers, resellers or distributors may be cancelled.

You represent and warrant that your Submissions are your own and do not infringe any intellectual property rights or other rights of any third-party; that they are not defamatory, unlawful, obscene or malicious; and they do not include viruses or other harmful components.
